Yorkshire Region Announcement We would like to inform all readers that the Yorkshire Region will be hosting a ‘Professionalism in Practice’ workshop day on Saturday 9th April at the York Marriott Hotel. This event is being delivered by Xperient who were commissioned by the GDC to devise a workshop for the GDC’s Spring Conference for DCP’s, this unique workshop combines discussion and drama which brings to life the issues relating to registration and professionalism across the dental team.You will ecru 6 hours of verifiable CPD in a core subject: legal and ethical / complaints handling and patient communication.This event is limited so early application is recommended, we are able to offer an early booking discount of £5 off the total charge if applicants book before the end of December 2010.Charges:• BADT members £60• Non members £70• Bring a member of your dental team i.e. dental nurse / dental practitioner and we can offer 2 places for £115 in totalFor further information and application forms please contact Anushka McCann a.mccann@leeds.ac.uk
